Moymo Link
Moymo Link shows a PC's games (or its whole screen) on your television, over your home network, and sends your controller back. Think of it as a way to play your PC games on the big screen without moving the PC.
What goes where
The picture, the sound and the controller travel directly between your PC and your television, inside your home. None of it goes through Moymo. Moymo only knows which PCs you have that offer Link, and vouches for the television to the PC so a stranger's device cannot connect.
What you need
| A Windows PC | With Moymo for Windows (0.22 or newer). A graphics card with a hardware video encoder (NVIDIA, AMD or Intel) keeps the load low. |
| A television or phone | The Moymo Link app for LG webOS televisions. Your phone with the Moymo app can switch Link on and send a game to the TV; see On a television and On your phone. |
| A home network | PC and television on the same network. Wired for the PC and a good Wi-Fi 5 GHz (or wired) connection for the television give the best result. |
| A Moymo account | The same one on both. |
How it feels
You open the Moymo Link app on the television. It lists your PCs; you pick one; a second later your PC's screen is on the television with sound, and your controller plays the game. You stop from either side.
The quality you can expect
Moymo Link streams up to 1080p at 60 frames a second. That is a deliberate ceiling: most televisions decode the video in software, and a 2021 LG measured 60 pictures a second at 1080p and about 21 at 1440p, so 1080p60 is what works smoothly. On a network that carries about 12 to 15 megabits a second without loss, a stream of about 12 Mbit/s plays with no loss and uses roughly half the television's processor.

Safety
- A television or phone can only see your PCs and ask to connect. Its key does not work for your library, friends, messages or servers.
- A connection needs a ticket: one PC of yours, valid for a minute, usable once. The PC hands the ticket back to Moymo to check it before it answers.
- The PC refuses anything that is not on your home network (only private addresses are accepted).
