Posts, to-dos, documents and more
Besides text and voice, a server can have rooms with their own shape. Make them like any channel: Create channel, then choose the kind.
Forums
A forum holds posts; each post has its own conversation. Posts can have tags (up to 5 per post, 20 per forum), can be pinned (up to 10), locked and renamed by people who manage posts.
- Starting a post needs Create posts; managing others' posts needs Manage posts.
- Answers can carry files and games, like a text channel.
- A forum accepts up to 6 new posts a minute, so a flood is slowed.
To-do lists
A to-do list is rows. Each row has a text, an optional note, an optional person it is for, and an optional day. Tick a row off (and back), drag to reorder, and switch between Open and Mine.

A list holds up to 500 rows.
Documents
A document is a page that several people write in together, live, like a shared document. You see each other's cursors; everyone's changes merge, even when typed at the same moment. Two permissions: Document edit (write) and Document manage (change the document's setup and clear it). Documents keep what is written even when nobody is looking: they are saved in pieces.
Calendars
A calendar holds events: a title, a few words, a game from Moymo (optional), a start and an optional end. People answer Going, Maybe or Can't; the counts show, and fifteen minutes before the start everyone who said Going or Maybe gets a reminder once. The host can change, cancel (it stays, marked) and remove an event.
Planning needs Create events; changing what others planned needs Manage events. A calendar holds 200 open events.
Party boards
A party board is for looking for people to play with: a title, a few words, a game (optional), 2 to 99 places (you are one), and now or a time. Others join and leave; when the places are gone the call is full. The host (and people who manage parties) can close and reopen it. You can have 3 open calls at once.
Putting one up needs Create parties; joining needs Add reactions.
Galleries
A gallery takes only pictures, GIFs and clips, shown as a wall. A message can have several and a caption. People react with the one reaction, a flame, and a lightbox plays clips. Polls, giveaways and games are not offered in it.
Polls and giveaways
In a text channel, the + at the right of the box makes a poll or a giveaway, if you may.
Polls: a question (up to 300 characters), 2 to 10 options, and a closing time up to 30 days ahead. Votes are anonymous: everybody sees the totals, only you see your own choice. Needs Create polls (everybody has it by default).
Giveaways: a prize (up to 200 characters), 1 to 20 winners, and a time up to 30 days ahead. People enter with a button; at the end Moymo draws at random among those entering who are still in the server, and posts the winners in the channel. Needs Create giveaways, which nobody has by default: give it to a role you trust.
